  • Account Delivery: If applicable, the license key(s) will also be made available for download in your account dashboard on our website.

2. Instant Delivery

  • Immediate Access: In most cases, license keys are delivered instantly after payment is successfully processed. You should receive the email with your key(s) and instructions within a few minutes.

  • Delayed Delivery: In rare situations, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical issues, fraud checks, or manual payment verification. If you do not receive your license key within this period, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

3. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with receiving your license key, such as:

  • No Email: If you do not receive your license key via email or cannot access it in your account dashboard.

  • Invalid License Key: If the key provided does not activate or function as expected.

4. No Physical Shipping

As all RetroUD products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved. You will not receive any physical items, and there are no shipping fees or delays related to physical shipments.
